Guidewire Underwriting Management is a cloud-based, thin-client application, requiring a modern browser with standard security and cache settings.

Tiered Browser Support

Guidewire provides a tiered support model for popular browsers.

Tier 1 support is for browsers that Guidewire tests during product testing. This includes fixing any issues related to Guidewire applications, as well as performance testing and tuning.
- Mozilla Firefox: current and last major revision or ESR
- Google Chrome: current and last major revision
Tier 2 support is for browsers that are expected to be able to present core functionality but are not pixel-perfect. Guidewire only fixes critical bugs and does not do performance testing and tuning.
- Microsoft Edge: current and last major revision
All other browsers are unsupported.
